Mobile food access
Weekend pop-up distributions designed to bring free food directly into communities, supported by a box truck and local partnerships.
Immigrant-led. Community-rooted.
Unity Bridge connects families across Colorado with food, practical support, trusted resources, and compassionate ministry—at no cost to the people we serve.
Why we are here
Unity Bridge was created by immigrants who understand how difficult it can be to navigate a new community, stretch limited resources, and find trustworthy help.
We walk alongside families with practical care, clear connections, and genuine respect—building a bridge from immediate need toward lasting stability.
What we do
Our programs are growing in phases so each service remains personal, useful, and rooted in the needs of families and communities across Colorado.

Stand with Unity Bridge
Unity Bridge is in its startup stage and is currently funded by its founders. Community support will help the work reach more families.
Churches, nonprofits, community groups, and local businesses can help extend the reach of each outreach.
Serve at a food pop-up, help organize supplies, welcome families, or share a professional skill.
Support food, fuel, outreach supplies, program development, and the practical costs of serving well.
